As the founding director of Vitrinite Pty Ltd and CMR Coal Pty Ltd, Mr Williams boasts over a decade of experience in the mining sector, mainly in coal. His commercial expertise spans project sourcing, acquisitions, sales, due diligence, and negotiating joint ventures.
Successful in raising capital for Queensland exploration projects, he’s adept at enhancing asset value. His operational know-how covers the entire exploration process, from initial projects to bankable feasibility studies. Mr Williams is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
