Alyce has a background in legal private practice, advising on all aspects of resources and energy projects, with a particular focus on the Queensland coal industry. Alyce has specific experience assisting resource corporations on coal project development across a wide range of issues and development stages and has worked on the negotiation and development of all areas of the Vulcan Project, including commercial, approval, regulatory, financing and structuring matters.
