Mrs Wedge possesses extensive executive and secretarial experience across multiple industries, including resources, agriculture, and property. She has a strong background in managing IPOs, equity raisings, and debt financing. Over the course of her career, Mrs Wedge has led operations and brings 15 years of experience working with listed companies on international exchanges. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
