As the founding Director of Vitrinite Pty Ltd and CMR Coal Pty Ltd, Mr Williams has over 20 years’ experience within the mining and resources sector; focused predominantly on coal.
Mr Williams has a broad range of commercial experience within the coal industry. Having been involved in project sourcing, acquisition, sale of tenements, due diligence and the negotiation of joint venture agreements. He has successfully raised capital for exploration projects in Queensland and has a proven ability to consistently add value to assets. Whilst working within the industry, Mr Williams has gained extensive operational experience in all facets of the exploration process, from Greenfield projects through to a Bankable Feasibility Study.
